Mr. Sommai Huntrakul, the former Minister of Finance, was the Chairman of the Establishment Committee and Professor Goichi Hozumi, the former Chairman of the JapanThailand Economic Cooperation Society, assisted establishment. The main objectives of TPA are to be a center to promote dissemination of new knowledge and technology to Thai personnel to make advancement in the Thai economy and industry. TPA has grown and evolved constantly and has accumulated expertise in providing various services: organizing curriculum for seminars, trainings, selflearning, consultancy in technology, environmental quality, safety, and management, diagnosis of enterprises (Shindan), Equipments and Testing Services and School of Language and Culture, including expertise in publishing textbooks for learning foreign languages, books on cultural issues and personal development, as well as academic textbooks on technology and quality. TPA now has three business offices, i.e. Head Office at Sukhumvit Soi 9, Technology Promotion Institute at Pattanakarn Soi 8, and School of Language and Culture Zeer Rangsit Branch, and offers different services and activities as follows: Services of Medical and Laboratory Measuring Instruments. of volumetric measuring instruments. of chemical measuring instruments. of relative humidity measuring instruments 4. Our services cover every field of the industry, including instruments of secondary standard and working standard levels. Additional services are also available, e.g. acceptance & delivery of instruments, calibration package service for the whole factory, onsite calibration services, etc. We presently offer calibration services of industrial, medical and various fields of laboratory measuring instruments as follows: Services of Industrial Measuring Instruments. of electric measuring instruments. of temperature measuring instruments. of light measuring instruments 4. of mass & weight measuring instruments. of pressure & vacuum measuring instruments. of force & torque measuring instruments 7. of size & dimensional measuring instruments Other Additional Services.
